Job Role:
The incumbent is mainly responsible for developing or modifying existing systems / softwares by gathering requirements, designing and developing applications based on the business and organization requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Development/Upgradation & Instillation: Will be responsible for developing new modules and or modify existing softwares to correct errors, to adapt it to new requirements, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Is also expected to coordinate with various stakeholders (internal & external) for the installation of softwares across the organization.

Testing: Has the ability to develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures for the new systems / existing systems to ensure desired system/software performance levels.

System Performance Monitoring: Is responsible for monitoring the functioning of softwares to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications. Is also expected to consult with user departments on technical & performance issues.

Reporting & MIS: Is expected to prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status and present the same to stakeholders / management.

Talent Team Hiring: Coordinate within the team to compliment and build various skills within the team. Self Development Well versed with the latest/new software versions.

Educational Qualification* & Experience: B.Sc/M.Sc with 6-8 Years of experience/ B.Tech/MCA with 4-5 years of experience.
Skills:
Hands on experience in software development, deployment and version control using .Net environment using. C#, Dot Net, ASP.NET, and MVC.
Web development experience using ASP.NET (C#), SQL Server, and web services.
Experience in presentation layer development using like HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, AJAX.
Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS setup and configuration.
